Training and Quality, Lead Specialist, OPEX, Mandaluyong

We're looking for a Lead Specialist to join our Operational Excellence team, focused on New Hire Boot Camp (NHBC) training delivery, optimization, and trainer development across our Service Delivery Units. You'll plan and run training programs, coach new hires through their onboarding journey, bridge NHBC training with in-team task training, and continuously improve how we develop talent all in a fast-paced BPO environment.

What we need from you:

At least 3 months of SDU experience (internal candidates welcome!)

Hands-on experience in P&C and/or EB insurance tasks (Check Policy, Issue Policy, Eligibility, System Update, Spreadsheeting, etc.)

Strong training facilitation skills you know how to engage a room

Familiar with adult learning principles and course design (ADDIE, ISD)

Project management skills organized, proactive, follows through

Conversational English proficiency Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio

Bachelor's degree

What you'll be doing day-to-day:

Planning and managing NHBC training schedules and sessions

Delivering training content clearly and facilitating activities effectively

Monitoring new hire progress, flagging issues early, and finding solutions

Bridging NHBC training with in-team task training for a smooth handoff

Supporting training design and curriculum improvements using the ADDIE framework

Coaching and evaluating in-team and NHBC trainers

Identifying opportunities to optimize training effectiveness through data and observation
