Business Development Officer, Mandaluyong

General Responsibilities: 

• Promote company products and services to new clients/accounts and potential clients by highlighting its benefits and advantages to help them better appreciate its competitive and advantage
• Conduct site inspection, prepare cost breakdown and client solution program and proposal
• Submit, present, negotiate proposal to client
• Assist in preparation of strategic plans, systems and activities of the group related to sales which are anchored with the corporate vision, mission, objectives and values
• Explores and evaluates leads to determine the sales potential of the account
• Assist in the preparation of revenue projection and strategic importance of account
• Manages the assigned sales operational budget by monitoring sales-related programs and special projects expenses to appropriate budget cost effectively
• Documentation and report generation
• Attend regular and special salesforce meeting at HQ
• Performs related duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
• Perform other assigned tasks by his/her superior in the achievement of the departments objectives and OFSPI business goals

Qualifications 

• With at least 5 years related work experience
• Experience with lead generation and prospect management 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability interact with potential customers. 
• Persuasive and goal-oriented 
• Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories. 
• Self-motivated and self-directed 
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. 
• In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry 
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Bachelors degree in management, marketing, engineering or any course relates used by the business 
• Preferably Licensed Engineer
