Finance Officer, Mandaluyong

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Officer / Accounting Staff to manage the companys daily financial transactions and support overall financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable handling financial records.

• Record daily financial transactions (sales, expenses, disbursements)
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Handle billing, invoicing, and collections follow-ups
• Assist in bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding payments and expenses
• Assist in payroll preparation and basic financial computations
• Support compliance with government requirements (BIR, etc.)

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or any related course
• CPA license is not required, but is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
• Honest, organized, and able to handle confidential information
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

• Experience in a travel agency or service-based business
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
• Knowledge of basic tax compliance and BIR processes
• Experience handling company budgets or financial reports
