Description

Loading, conveying, and delivering food items to different customers in a timely manner
Professional interaction with customers for taking orders, recording orders, and helping with food preparation and planning, if needed
Count and verify all parcels before leaving the kitchen
Inspect containers to ensure they are good enough to present for delivery to customers
Listening to customer complaints and reporting to the concerned Supervisor
Coordinate with management and other departments, ensuring customer satisfaction
Daily maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the truck
Log transport details, processing order paperwork, and related transactions
Use route navigation apps and knowledge of the area to deliver items/transport passengers safely
Notify the Manager of any issues with the vehicle, reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage, minor or major
Open and transparent communication
Familiarity with GPS devices or map apps
Should maintain professionalism, possessing superb conversation skills
Being safety conscious and working well independently
Able to work during weekends and holidays
Strong time management skills
Able to lift and carry heavy parcels for delivery
Willingness to adhere to the schedule and safety procedures
Holder of a Professional Drivers License
