Qualifications
  • With experience in invoices, delivery receipts, sales orders, and tracking of payments
  • Has attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Should be proficient in the usage of Microsoft Excel
  • Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong from Mondays to Saturdays (8 AM to 5 PM)

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and issuance of check voucher for payment issuance
  • Verify accuracy of invoice data, ensuring compliance with company policies and client agreements
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments received
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and assist in audits
  • Support the team in month-end closing processes and reporting
