Description
Responsibilities
  • Procurement Processing: Issuing purchase orders, sourcing suppliers, and obtaining quotations.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiating prices and terms with suppliers.
  • Administrative Support: Filing, record-keeping, and assisting with inventory management.
  • Documentation: Preparing reports on purchasing, inventory, and sales.
  • Coordination: Working with departments to determine purchasing needs
  • Deliveries: Prepare ordered items of stores for Store Inventory; monitors deliveries & it's ETA; Ensure correct items for deliveries; Prepare delivery receipts and other docs required

Job Requirements
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Experience: Generally 6 months to 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
