Description
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.
  • Responsible for the Drivers Schedule and Dispatching
  • Handle schdule of maintenance of office equipment, vehicle registration and insurances
  • Monitor utility billings such as water, elctricity and communication.
  • Filing and reponsible for the preparation of the Time keeping every 15th and 30th of the month
  • Organize and maintain files and records for easy retrieval.
  • Other task may be assigned from time to time.


Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience Level: 02 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, strong scheduling and time management skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent written communication, analytical skills, and strong organizational skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
