Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and assisting with their needs.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle financial transactions accurately while balancing cash drawers.
• Work toward achieving established sales targets and performance goals.
• Assist customers in locating products and guide them to the appropriate merchandise within the store.
• Help increase in-store sales by actively engaging with customers.
• Maintain strong knowledge of products to effectively assist and advise customers.
• Ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and special offers.
• Recommend and cross-sell related products to enhance the customers purchase and overall shopping experience.

Qualification/s:

• Knowledge of vape products is considered an advantage.
