Responsibilities

Expected to be an SME.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

Job Requirements

Expert proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure.
Experience with Content Management, Linux.
Strong understanding of incident and problem management processes.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for hosting and managing services.
Experience with Alfresco or Mobius platform optimization, including repository management, archiving, and content retrieval.
Solid communication skills to effectively interact with both business and technical contacts.
