SAP Quality Management (QM), Mandaluyong

Responsibilities

• Collaborating directly with business stakeholders, process owners, and functional leads to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements.
• Lead workshops and drive solution discussions related to SAP QM processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and SAP S/4HANA QM configurations.
• Design and configure SAP QM modules including:
• Quality Planning
• Quality Inspection
• Quality Notifications
• Audit Management
• Batch Management and Integration with MM/PP
• Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle including fit-gap analysis, design, build, testing, data migration, and go-live.
• Ensure alignment of SAP QM solutions with CDMO operational processes and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), configuration documents, and test scripts.
• Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, reports, forms, workflows, and integrations.
• Support SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Job Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Quality Management (QM) including configuration.
• Experience in at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration project.
• Solid understanding of integration points between QM and other SAP modules (MM, PP, SD).
• Experience working in manufacturing or CDMO environments.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Ability to independently lead client discussions and drive workshops.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into system solutions.
