Creative Specialist, Mandaluyong

• Develop and oversee creative campaigns that embody R1 Motos identity.
• Lead design, content, and multimedia teams to produce high-impact visuals and narratives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (digital, print, events, partnerships).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media and influencers
• Craft compelling press releases, speeches, and brand statements.
• Conceptualize and execute PR stunts, product launches, and experiential events.
• Collaborate with marketing and sponsorship teams to amplify reach and engagement.
• Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Inspire and mentor creative and PR teams.
• Partner with executives to align communications with business goals.
• Represent R1 Moto at industry events, conferences, and media appearances.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of design experience, with skills in video editing, photography, and videography.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Light room) required.

Strong layout sense with consistent precision.
