Technician, Mandaluyong

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Printer Technician to join our technical service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing printers, photocopiers, and related equipment. This role also involves providing technical support to clients, diagnosing hardware/software issues, and ensuring equipment operates at peak performance.

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues
• Interpret service manuals, technical diagrams, and schematics
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service calls
• Provide technical support and clear communication to clients
• Coordinate with other technicians and team members to resolve complex issues
• Ensure all service activities comply with company policies and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a 4-year course (related field preferred)
• Computer literate and proficient in basic office and technical applications
• Good communication skills; able to interact professionally with clients
• A strong team player with a proactive attitude
• Ability to understand service manuals and schematic diagrams (an advantage)
• Skilled in printer and photocopier repair (an advantage)
• Motorcycle driving skills preferred; having a valid drivers license is an advantage
