Responsibilities

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Collaborate with and manage the team to achieve objectives
• Take responsibility for team decisions
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met
• Mentor and support team members in professional development and technical skills
• Continuously assess project progress and implement improvements to enhance team performance

Job Requirements

• Expert proficiency in SAP PP (Production Planning & Control) for Discrete Industries
• Experience in Life Sciences is a plus
• Strong understanding of production planning processes and methodologies
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP applications to meet business needs
• Proficient in analyzing production data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
