As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for both production and development systems. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting issues, implementing technology solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of various software products across multiple platforms. You will collaborate closely with team members to address challenges and enhance system performance, contributing to a productive and efficient work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform tasks independently and progressively become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Actively participate and contribute to team discussions.
• Provide solutions to work-related technical problems.
• Assist in the maintenance and support of production and development systems.
• Perform basic to intermediate-level troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Implement technology solutions at the operating system level across server and network environments.
• Collaborate with team members to improve system performance and reliability.
• Document technical processes and solutions for future reference and training.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AWS Administration.
• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in AWS Administration.
• Require - Certification: Any AWS Associate-Level Certification.

Good to Have:

• Experience with x86 Server Operating Systems
• Cloud Infrastructure
• Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) providers
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and best practices.
• Hands-on experience managing and configuring AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS.
• Familiarity with network protocols and security best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure and service-related issues.
