SAP ABAP Developer, Mandaluyong

Collaborating directly with business stakeholders, process owners, and functional leads to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements.

Lead workshops and drive solution discussions related to SAP QM processes.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and SAP S/4HANA QM configurations.

Design and configure SAP QM modules including:

Quality Planning

Quality Inspection

Quality Notifications

Audit Management

Batch Management and Integration with MM/PP

Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle including fit-gap analysis, design, build, testing, data migration, and go-live.

Ensure alignment of SAP QM solutions with CDMO operational processes and regulatory requirements.

Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), configuration documents, and test scripts.

Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, reports, forms, workflows, and integrations.

Support SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.

Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Job Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in SAP Quality Management (QM) including configuration.

Experience in at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration project.

Solid understanding of integration points between QM and other SAP modules (MM, PP, SD).

Experience working in manufacturing or CDMO environments.

Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.

Ability to independently lead client discussions and drive workshops.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to translate complex business requirements into system solutions.
