I.Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Operation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon specializing in hair, nail, and eyelash services.

The ideal candidate has strong service industry experience (preferably in health and beauty), with solid knowledge of financial management and staff leadership.

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring exceptional customer experience, managing staff performance, and maintaining operational efficiency.


II.Key Responsibilities

A. Operations Management

1.Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow

2.Ensure high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and client satisfaction

3.Monitor appointment scheduling and optimize chair/technician utilization

4.Implement and improve operational processes

B. Staff Management and Leadership

1.Supervise sales performance of assigned branch/es and Key Personnels

2.Conduct performance evaluations of assigned branch/es and Key Personnels

3.Collaborate with Human Resources on hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives

C. Financial Management

1.Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales, revenue targets, and service performance

2.Manage operating budgets and control expenses

3.Track payroll, commissions, and incentives

4.Analyze financial reports (P&L) and identify improvement opportunities

5.Implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability

D. Customer Experience and Sales Growth

1.Ensure excellent customer service standards

2.Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly

3.Develop promotions and upselling strategies

4.Monitor online reviews and reputation management

5.Drive Client retention and loyalty programs

E. Inventory and Vendor Management

1.Monitor product inventory and reorder supplies

2.Negotiate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships

3.Minimize product wastage and control stock costs

F. Compliance and Standards

1.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

2.Maintain professional and brand standards

3.Ensure proper licensing and certifications are up to date


III.Experience and Skills Required

A.Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred

B.Experience in health & beauty, salon, spa, or retail operations strongly preferred

C.Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in the service industry

D.Experience handling budgets and financial reporting

E.Knowledge of payroll, commissions, and cost control

F.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

G.Strong leadership and team-building skills

H.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
