Project Supervisor, Mandaluyong

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day activities, performance, and professional development of the project team
• Conduct timely, fair, and substantive performance evaluations for subordinates
• Monitor individual and team progress against key project milestones and performance indicators
• Identify training needs and develop structured learning and development plans for the team
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team
• Perform all other necessary leadership tasks to ensure the success and effectiveness of the team

Educational Background and Experience:

• Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) or other related technical courses
• Strong background in electronic display technologies, particularly LED and Large Format Display (LFD) systems
• At least 3 years of experience in project supervision, technical coordination, or project management involving digital displays
• Experience in structural installation, mounting systems, and on-site handling of electronic display solutions is a significant advantage
