Card Usage & Customer Loyalty Associate, Mandaluyong

Implements strategies to increase Credit Card and Debit Card usage, enhance customer loyalty, and maximize customer lifetime value. Develops programs with key merchants to entice card spending. This role involves leading a team, analyzing customer data, and coordinating with various departments for successful program execution.

• Conducts market research to determine requirement of target market
• Prepares business plan for the proposed program to be endorsed by cross functional units
• Collaborates with Marketing Services on the design of promo communication materials
• Handles customer service training for the details of the program
• Develops Credit & Debit Card Usage Programs that will contribute to the achievement of total revenue targets
• Maintains and communicates regularly the Rewards Catalog and its features
• Assists the other Units with their marketing collateral requirements and release approved communication materials

• Meets with prospective merchant partners to formulate program offer
• Manages relationship with selected partner merchants to grow business opportunities
• Conducts training of merchant personnel on the promo mechanics
• Assists in the development of marketing collaterals at merchant sites
• Continuously grow the Rewards Catalog roster of Partner Merchants

• Prepares merchant payment related to program arrangements (subsidies, sponsorship fees, etc.)
• Conducts tracking of program performance
• Prepares Post Program Analysis for the Marketing Programs launched
• Coordinates with Legal Department on the review of contracts

• Budget Monitoring for the Programs launched
• Monthly Billings Report
