We are looking for a Travel Booking Agent to assist customers with flight, hotel, and travel reservations. The role involves providing accurate travel information, processing bookings, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Paid training is provided, and weekends are fixed off.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries related to travel bookings and reservations

Assist with flight, hotel, and package bookings

Update and manage booking details accurately

Provide excellent customer service and support

Follow company guidelines and procedures

Qualifications:

Good communication skills

Basic computer and navigation skills

BPO, travel, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
