Executive Assistant, Mandaluyong

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Executive Assistant to support senior management in a fast-paced womens fashion environment. The role combines executive administrative support with customer service responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent client experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative Support

• Provide full administrative support to the executive team
• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and documents
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, design, production, marketing)

Customer Service & Client Relations

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers, clients, and partners
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Handle orders, follow-ups, complaints, and after-sales support
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and brand representation
• Support showroom appointments, fittings, and client meetings when required

Fashion Industry Support

• Assist with product launches, fashion events, and promotions
• Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and vendors
• Track orders, deliveries, and customer feedback
• Support sales and merchandising activities as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Customer Service role (fashion or retail industry preferred)
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and communication tools
• Ability to work Monday to Saturday
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
