Job Description:

The role of an Administrative Assistant (Billing and Collection) is to identify overdue payments, report collection activity, address client queries, and develop repayment plans. Their responsibility is to follow-up with clients on overdue accounts, oversee all monthly payments and refunds, perform all administrative duties related to ensuring office efficiency, create monthly credit records, and respond to client account queries in a timely and professional manner.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any course
  • Must be willing to work Monday - Saturday
  • Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City
  • Willing to do field work around Metro Manila
  • Honest and Fast learner
  • Able to drive motorcycle or car and with drivers license is an advantage.
