Position: Aftersales Manager

Industry: Manufacturing/ Distributor Company

Location: Mandaluyong City

Salary: Php 70,000 Php 90,000

Schedule: Mondays - Fridays

Work Set up: Field work

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any related.
• With at least 7-8 years of work experience in Aftersales
• With at least 5 years managerial experience.
• in the automotive sales dealership (Autoparts, Car Accessories, Tires, Lubricants) to business-to-business clients.
• With experience working in Automotive industry/ or with experience in automotive
• With Active drivers License.
• Can start as soon as possible is a big plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle escalated complaints, ensure satisfaction, build loyalty, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage, train, and motivate service advisors, technicians, parts staff, and support teams.
• Develop and implement aftersales strategies, set targets, manage budgets, and optimize workflows for efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze service metrics, and present performance reports to management. Identify and capitalize on upsell/cross-sell opportunities, manage parts inventory, and drive service revenue.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, manufacturer standards, and legal/export controls.
