Junior Finance Associate, Mandaluyong

We are looking for a Junior Finance Associate who can be a fresh graduate or with experience, responsible for performing routine financial tasks, organizing documentation, and helping the team with day-to-day finance operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting with preparation of financial reports, statements, and summaries
• Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Performing basic bookkeeping, data entry, and record maintenance
• Helping with budget tracking, expense monitoring, and variance checks
• Conducting financial data analysis under supervision
• Assisting in audit preparation and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Organizing and maintaining financial documents and databases
• Collaborating with senior finance staff on special projects

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
• Internship experience in tax compliance, financial statements, and bank reconciliation
• Available to start immediately
