Location: Cubao/Mandaluyong - Onsite
Work Setup: Onsite
Salary: Max 27k per month
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our team! The CSR will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing accurate assistance.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information on products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and support objectives.
Qualifications:
- Good to Excellent communication skills
- At least 6 months of BPO experience
