QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in HRM or any related field
  • Polite, Honest, and Trustworthy
  • With at least 6 months of relevant experience (preferred)
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (for both staff and customer interaction)
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure excellent dining experience
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
