Accountant (Senior Level), Mandaluyong

• Prepare and maintain accounting records (general ledger, journal entries, accruals, prepayments)
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow)
• Conduct variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely collections and payments
• Reconcile bank statements, intercompany transactions, and subsidiary accounts
• Assist with audits (internal and external) and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Coordinate with tax advisors and file tax returns (VAT, withholding, income tax)
• Provide financial reports and insights to management to support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g. PFRS) and internal controls

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• Minimum 35 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and integrity
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
