Sales Engineer, Mandaluyong

Description

Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
Generating high-quality sales leads
Meeting up or visiting clients to present the company, solutions, and services
Managing and assessing clients met and unmet needs or requirements
Preparing technical and financial proposals and documents ensuring completeness, comprehensiveness, and compliance
Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
Presenting solutions that address clients requirements
Following up with clients and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
Helping customers who have problems with installed products/solutions and recommending improved or upgraded devices or systems
Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
Reporting to Managing Director

Requirements

Bachelors / College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent and experience in sales
At least 1 year of industry experience in sales engineering in a business-to-business, large/strategy customer segment;
Excellent computer literacy: MS Office
Basic knowledge of security system design in IP Surveillance, Access Control, Fire Detection and Alarm Systems, Public Address systems.
Excellent English and Filipino verbal and written communication skills
Willing to do field work outside of Metro Manila
Product, Sales and/or Technical certifications, or equivalent
