Calibration Sales Engineer (Metro Manila), Mandaluyong

Welltech Service Corporation is a ISO 17025 and 9001 certified calibration lab seeking individuals for our Calibration Sales Engineer position/s. Successful candidates will receive basic training in salesmanship and be exposed to the different instrumentation and control procedures to effectively present their ideas and solutions to convince customers, close sales, and develop/maintain business relationships. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To be committed to achieving the Annual Sales target.
• Prospect and secure new clients for Calibration Services
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and clients.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets through proactive sales efforts and effective account management.
• Maintain and nurture customer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quality objectives
• Submit reports regularly, including all details regarding customers visit and activities, competitors, industry, and market information.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, or any related technical course.
• 1-3 years of experience in Field Sales or Indoor Sales is an advantage
• A basic understanding of calibration, instrumentation and control will be an advantage.
• Must be willing to travel extensively for customer calls, site survey, meetings, after-sales customer service, etc.
• Aggressive work attitude with good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Good communication, pleasing personality, and interpersonal skills.
• Technically minded with problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
• Sales experience with a good track record will be an advantage but not a requirement.
• Applicants without sales experience/Fresh Graduates but are passionate and believe in their ability to develop their selling skills through training may also apply.
• Manila-based applicants will report to the head office in Mandaluyong City.
