Description

Greet guests, present menus, and explain daily specials or menu changes.
Recommend and upsell food and beverages to guests.
Accurately take food and drink orders using order pads or POS systems, including special requests.
Take and prepare beverage orders for guests or servers in accordance with company standards.
Open and pour wine properly.
Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
Maintain bar stock, monitor inventory, and organize supplies.
Perform routine cleaning duties as assigned.
Assist in other restaurant areas such as handling phone inquiries or supporting team operations.
Respond promptly to guest needs and requests.
Follow grooming standards and present a neat, professional appearance.
Demonstrate knowledge of all food, beverages, and services offered.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

At least 59 in height.
Physically fit, well-groomed, and confident with a smart and presentable appearance.
30 years old or below.
12 years of bartending experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Team player with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
