This is a Hybrid Work from Home role for a Customer Service Representative located in Mandaluyong. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer calls and emails, troubleshooting problems, offering solutions, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The representative will also track customer interactions and feedback to ensure ongoing improvement in service quality.

You must be College Graduate of any IT related course or with experience in technical support and knowledgeable of hardware and software issues of a computer, laptop and other electronic products of ACER.
