TSG Associate, Mandaluyong

TSG (Technical Support Group) is responsible for providing technical support and services across various phases of construction projects. This role involves collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that technical standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.

1. Technical Support

• Must be proactive to contribute technical advice and solutions to project teams, including engineers, architects, and construction managers.
• Assist in the interpretation and implementation of technical plans. From 
• Bid drawings, IFC drawings, shop drawings and as built plans.

2. Project Coordination

• Collaborate with various departments to integrate technical solutions into the project workflow.
• Plan review of submitted Bid plans in relation to FCD (For Construction  drawing).
• Preparation of FCD For Construction drawing: These are the comprehensive, detailed plans and specifications that govern the construction of the project. 
• Provide technical input during project planning, execution, and close-out phases.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of technical activities, inspections, and compliance checks.
• Prepares RFA (Request for approval), RFI (Request for information), NOC 
• (Notice of change) approved by the Project Manager, Cost Engineer and Planning Engineer.

4. Drawing Updates:

• Review the as-built drawings for accuracy and completeness. Ensure that all modifications and changes are correctly documented.
• Verify the drawings with on-site inspections to confirm that they accurately represent the built project.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree.
• Experience in Document management is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of Engineering/ Construction/ Commissioning documents.
