  • Taking phone calls of customers
  • Processing DRs for all sales transaction
  • Prepares quotation for customer
  • Generate daily, weekly and monthly sales report for sales team
  • Transmittal of DRS and other documents to sales team
  • Issues Sales Invoices to customers
  • Maintain office supplies including the product brochures and flyers
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and effective organizational abilities.
