Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across various departments.
  • Manage and organize documents and digital files with high accuracy.
  • Utilize MS Office applications to create reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts to ensure smooth operation.
  • Handle multiple tasks and prioritize to meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Math, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Office Administration, Bookkeeping, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Keen attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Highly trainable and a strong team player.
  • Must be willing to work in the Mandaluyong area.
