• Act as the first point of contact for Skyro customers providing helpful, friendly, and timely support.
• Communicate via SMS, chat, phone, email, and social media to resolve a variety of customer concerns.
• Analyze and investigate more complex cases, even handling offline coordination when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver fast and accurate solutions.
• Maintain a balance between casual and professional tone to match Skyros brand.
• Log key customer interactions and share insights to help improve internal processes.
• Take on other tasks and support projects as needed we grow together!
