Job Summary

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for a Healthcare Account. The role involves assisting customers through voice support, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining accurate documentation.

• Senior High School Graduate or at least 2nd Year College
• With call center experience is a big advantage (Voice account preferred)
• No experience? Don't worry if you have excellent communication skills, well consider you!
• Great at multitasking, problem-solving, and thinking outside the box

• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written)
• Strong interpersonal & teamwork skills
• Can handle customer concerns with patience and creativity
• Willing to render overtime when needed
