Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CPA to join our team as a Senior Accountant / Financial Analyst. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in accounting operations, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. This role requires excellent analytical skills, proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, and the ability to work effectively in a remote, night-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
• Develop, monitor, and manage budgets and forecasts.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and manage accounting records using QuickBooks Desktop.
• Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Support audit requirements and other financial reporting needs.

QualificationsRequired

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong background in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
• Hands-on experience using QuickBooks Desktop (experience with QuickBooks Online alone is not sufficient).
• Previous experience working on a night shift or graveyard schedule.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred

• Experience supporting international or US-based clients.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
