- Yearbook and graduation pictorial accounts management
- Handling customer inquiries through email and social media accounts
- Sales support
- Client tours and demo during visits
- Facilitating client meetings (face to face and online)
- Routing client/customer requests to internal departments
- Recording financial and other client transactions
- Must have good communication skills and value customer satisfaction
- Must be able to work under pressure
