  • Yearbook and graduation pictorial accounts management
  • Handling customer inquiries through email and social media accounts
  • Sales support
  • Client tours and demo during visits
  • Facilitating client meetings (face to face and online)
  • Routing client/customer requests to internal departments
  • Recording financial and other client transactions
  • Must have good communication skills and value customer satisfaction
  • Must be able to work under pressure
