Job Overview:

We are looking for customer-focused individuals to join our Consumer Electronics Account. In this role, you will assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, account concerns, and general support while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The hiring process is conducted virtually for your convenience, while the role requires onsite work upon hire.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries regarding consumer electronics products and services

Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, warranties, and account concerns

Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction

Document customer interactions and follow company processes and procedures

Qualifications:

College Graduate (Open to someone with no experience or 6 months customer service experience)

OR

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate with at least 2 years Customer-Facing Experience (CFE) or 2 years customer service experience

Examples of Customer-Facing Experience (CFE):

Retail Sales Associate

Cashier

Front Desk Receptionist

Hotel or Restaurant Staff

Service Crew

Sales Representative

Customer Service Representative

Bank Teller

Additional Requirements:

Good English communication skills

Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

Comfortable handling customer concerns in a fast-paced environment
