Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with up to 3 years of relevant experience to support various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, benefits management, training coordination, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining a positive work environment while ensuring adherence to company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings and scheduling interviews.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Prepare employment contracts and new hire documentation.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Assist in handling employee concerns and disciplinary matters.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Assist in payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and compensation data.
  • Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and administration.
  • Process government-mandated contributions and employee benefits documentation.
  • Support compensation and benefits-related activities.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, personnel files, and documentation.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and performance evaluation schedules.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics as required by management.

Learning & Development

  • Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives.
  • Track training attendance and maintain training records.
  • Assist in identifying employee development needs.

Administrative Support

  • Prepare HR-related reports, memos, and correspondence.
  • Support implementation of HR projects and process improvements.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 03 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Payroll, or HR Administration.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and employment practices.
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, or attendance management systems is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling end-to-end recruitment.
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and government compliance requirements.
  • Exposure to employee engagement and training programs.
  • HR certification is an advantage but not required.
