Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City

Willing to work on a night-shift schedule, including weekends and holidays if required

Can start ASAP


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Voice Customer Service Account

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone

Provide accurate information and excellent customer support

Document customer interactions and maintain account records

Follow company policies, quality standards, and performance metrics
