Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, from classic brews to specialty coffee and tea.
• Deliver warm, engaging, and personalized customer service.
• Accurately take and process customer orders with a smile.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked cafe and workspace.
• Assist in inventory management, restocking, and quality checks.
• Handle both cash and digital payments.
• Support other store operations and pitch in as needed - teamwork makes the dream work!

What We're Looking For:

• A degree or short course related to Food and Beverage or NCII Barista Certification is required.
• Previous barista or caf experience is an advantage.
• A polite, proactive, and customer oriented personality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and late nights.
• Must be able to work in Maginhawa, Diliman, Quezon City.
