IT Field Support, Quezon City

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Conduct on-site visits for installation, maintenance, repair, and inspection of equipment.
• Document technical issues, service reports, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient problem resolution.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Follow company procedures and safety standards during field assignments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, or troubleshooting.
• Willing to perform both office-based and fieldwork duties.
• Preferably knows how to drive a motorcycle and possesses a valid driver's license.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Can work independently and under minimal supervision.
