Account Receivable Specialist, Quezon City

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for maintaining subsidiary ledgers and safekeeping of all accountable forms, reports, and summaries on Company matters as required by governemnt agencies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Daily updating of Accounts Receivable schedule.

- Posting of AR set up and applications of collections.

- Responsible for calls and emailing customers for follow up for creation of collection database

- Creation and distribution of statement of accounts.

- Reconciliation of accounts receivable balance per customer.

- Monitoring of AR top accounts.

- Active discussion and communication with Sales, CESS, and Treasury team

- Process all transactions through ACUMATICA

- Perform other duties as maybe assigned from time to time.

- Communicates to immediate superior any problem encountered in the execution of duty and suggest possible solution that maybe thought of.

- Observes Company policies, safety rules, proper work ethics and behavior at all times.

- Practice good housekeeping procedures daily on tools, equipment, and work area

- Practices waste segregation

- Performs other duties as maybe assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Graduate of BS Accountancy, and BSBA major in Marketing

Atleast 2 years work experience of the same nature.

Must have good communication skills and mathematical ability.

Must have healthy attitude towards people and work.
