We are seeking a dynamic, people-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team in San Bartolome, Quezon City. As our HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive workplace culture, managing day-to-day HR operations, and keeping our team aligned, motivated, and engaged.


Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries. Plan, coordinate, and execute impactful employee engagement activities and team-building events to maintain high morale and a strong community spirit.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and onboard top-tier talent to meet departmental hiring needs. Ensure a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience for all new hires.
  • Performance Management: Assist managers with the annual performance evaluation process, provide guidance on employee development, and handle disciplinary actions or grievance procedures in compliance with company policy.
  • Labor Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws to ensure all HR practices, policies, and employee relations matters are compliant and risk-free.
  • HR Administration: Oversee the maintenance of accurate employee records, manage timekeeping/attendance tracking for payroll inputs, and assist with government-mandated benefits administration (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • End-to-End Payroll Processing: Manage, calculate, and process bi-weekly/monthly payroll accurately and on time. This includes computing government deductions, tax withholdings, overtime, night differential, absences, and leaves.
  • Benefits & Statutory Administration: Handle the timely filing, reconciliation, and payment of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and 13th-month pay. Serve as the main point of contact for employee payroll and benefits inquiries.
  • Timekeeping Management: Oversee the timekeeping and attendance tracking system. Resolve daily log discrepancies, biometrics issues, and leave applications prior to payroll cutoff.


Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist or HR Officer.
  • Core Skills:
  • Strong working knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience organizing corporate events, engagement programs, or large-scale team-building activities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.


  • Location & Availability: Must be willing to work on-site in San Bartolome, Quezon City, and possess the flexibility to support occasional company events or peak operational periods.
