Sales Executive, Quezon City

• Generates sales and hits monthly/quarterly quota. 
• Provides clerical support to the Sales Manager by attending biddings and sales-related meetings. 
• Maintain proper business relationships with clients, in-house architects, and project managers through assistance on clerical tasks and inquiry resolution.
• Prepares varying documents related to sales operations, including job orders, sales reports, and client status records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any field 
• At least 1 year of Sales experience, preferably in the construction industry or B2B 
• Product and industry knowledge in construction 
• Ability to conduct market research & sales presentation 
• Excellent time management, customer relation management, negotiation, and presentation skills
