Position: Japanese IT Project Manager (IT Project Management, Full dev lifecycle experience)

Company Industry: IT/BPO Company

Work Location: Quezon City or Cebu City

Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 200,000 above (Open for Negotiation)

Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule

Work Set-up: Work Onsite or Hybrid-Set-up (this can be changed depending on the business)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Open to Japanese National located in the Philippines or located in Japan (Can speak basic English)
• Open to Filipino who has JLPT N1-N3 or Level 1-3
• Can speak Japanese (JLPT is not a requirement)
• Must be able to speak Basic English and basic Japanese
• Must have technical language and knowledge IT Project Management,  Full dev lifecycle experience.
• The Main requirement: someone has an experience in required skills  IT Project Management,  Full dev lifecycle
• Willingness to work in both main sites which are in Manila or Cebu
• The candidate can choose which is closer to their residence
• Applicants located in Japan can apply
• Degree holders or undergraduates of any course

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
• Developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed
• Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project
• Implementing document control policies and documentation templates.
• Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conducting project reviews and creating detailed reports for executive staff
• Working alongside clients, stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors to streamline processes
