Branch Supervisor, Quezon City

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or its equivalent
• 1-2 years of relative work experience specializing in Retail Sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• With pleasing personality
• Knowledgeable in Audi-Video and other electronic products is an advantage but not required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate employees to build a motivated and skilled team.
• Prepare budgets, financial statements, and reports; monitor performance against targets and implement strategies to achieve goals.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, address complaints, and develop strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Develop business plans, set sales targets, and identify growth opportunities within the local market.
• Ensure all branch activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Build relationships with clients and the community to enhance the branchs reputation and market presence.
