Property Manager, Quezon City

About the Role

The Property Management Officer is responsible for overseeing site security, safety, and operational management. This role ensures that all units and facilities are secure, utilities are monitored, and incident reports are properly documented and coordinated with relevant agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and develop security guards to maintain effective site protection.
• Monitor and implement daily security measures across all assigned sites.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
• Prepare and document incident/accident reports, coordinating with Barangay (BGY) and PNP when necessary.
• Coordinate with MRDI Customer Service, the security agency, and its officers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Represent the company in dealings with supervisory offices for security and investigation agencies.
• Assist with daily posting concerns and address site-related issues.
• Perform security functions and detailing at all sites, especially during night operations.
• Ensure all units on site are secure, particularly at night.
• Maintain and monitor key turnover records.
• Oversee site cleanliness and monitor utility staff activities.
• Prepare billing for electricity, water, and other related payment requests.
• Carry out other related functions as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in property management or a related field, 2 of which on a supervisory capacity
• Ability to work safely and follow established safety rules.
• Willingness to adjust work schedule on short notice and work overtime when required.
• Strong discipline in following procedures and work instructions.
• Positive attitude with a focus on teamwork, accuracy, and productivity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to following standard operating procedures.
• Knowledgeable in computer operations
