Sales Representative – T2 Sales, Quezon City

Job Overview

We are hiring Sales Representatives for the Project Wheelz T2 Sales account. This is a pioneer line of business, making it a strong opportunity for candidates who want to be part of a new and growing team.

The role is best suited for candidates with BPO experience and sales exposure, whether from BPO or non-BPO sales. The Sales Representative will handle customer interactions, identify customer needs, present suitable solutions, and support sales or conversion goals while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and sales-related interactions professionally.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, or solutions.
• Explain offers, features, pricing, and account details clearly and accurately.
• Support sales, upselling, cross-selling, or conversion targets depending on account requirements.
• Build rapport with customers and provide a positive experience throughout the interaction.
• Document customer interactions, sales actions, and account updates accurately.
• Follow account guidelines, quality standards, and compliance procedures.
• Meet performance goals related to sales, quality, productivity, and attendance.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• With at least six (6) months of BPO experience plus six (6) months of BPO or non-BPO sales experience.
• Good communication and persuasion skills.
• Customer-focused and comfortable with sales conversations.
• Willing to work onsite at Sparks Place.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
