Graduate of any 4-year course
The applicant who has basic accounting subjects is an advantage
The applicant with experience in customer service is an advantage
The applicant needs to be computer literate: Word & Excel.
The applicant needs to have good communication and inter-personal skills
The applicant needs to be able to work under pressure & multitask
The applicant needs to be willing to work beyond office hours.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer calls and customer concerns
Needs to know basic product knowledge to be able to provide information about the companys products and services
Take orders, determine charges, oversee billings and payments
Handle customer complaints and returns
Refer customer complaints to supervisors, managers and salespersons
Invoicing
Assist in bidding preparations
Make sure all orders are processed
Various reports
